We ship across Thailand from our studio in Bangkok. Every order is packed by hand and sent with Kerry Express (KEX), tracked from our door to yours.
Free shipping on orders of ฿1,500 or more, anywhere in Thailand.

No extra charge for remote areas. Your shipping fee is shown at checkout once you enter your province.
When your order ships
Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
We email your Kerry Express tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address or phone number was wrong, we’ll ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us your order number and photos of the item and the box within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you in full — see our Returns & Refunds page.
Outside Thailand
We don’t ship internationally from the website yet. For overseas orders, email info@thedami.co.
